Using only the finest and freshest ingredients, he will create a dinner that will delight you and your guests.​ D'Michael, Has been serving California's South & Central Coast, Cincinnati, Chicago, Miami, Nashville, New Orleans, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, the Monterrey Peninsula, and beyond with the highest quality cuisine and service since 1993. From Chicago to New Orleans and Miami Beach to the Virgin Islands, Chef D'Michael has a well known reputation for offering the finest in off site catering & Private dining events.

 

 

Born out of our love for delicious food, Chef D'Michael has created the premiere team for cooking classes, catering, and meal preparation in the East Valley. After going to culinary school, traveling the world and sampling different cuisines, our chefs are committed to presenting the most joyful cooking classes, catering events, and preparing delicious food in your home.
  Chef/Owner D'Michael has also earned the privilege to work with some of the nation’s most distinguished restaurants and hotels including La Maison Blanche, The Jefferson Hotel in Washington, D.C., and the renowned Washington Square Bar & Grill in San Fransisco. In 1998 he had earned a Best New Chef mention from food and wine, then in late 2000 he opened D'Michael's Fine Dining, and The Bistro New Orleans, earning best fine dining splurge in New Orleans by New Orleans city business in 2005. However hurricane Catrina devastated New Orleans and the Gulf coast in September 2005, Chef D'Michael has privately entertained through out the world with his unmistakable passion for food and flawless service.
  He has also participated in national and international culinary events. In 2005 He won the Inaugural Inter-Caribbean Culinary Competition, beating the Caribbean's best. He has also participated in culinary events at the prestigious James Beard House in New York City.
